Toast created infographic design and annual reports for The National Archives as well as brochures and social media graphics. The National Archives is the official archive for the UK government, and England and Wales. Toast has created a range of marketing materials to highlight the organisation’s activities and to promote various services it offers to business.
Brochures that inform.
Toast have created various brochures for The National Archives that inform clearly, are within brand guidelines and can be used in both print and digital formats.
Charts and graphics.
Although the use of images from the archives is paramount when creating the brochures, key facts and figures needed to be displayed in a clear, easy-to-read format to ensure and maintain the integrity and brand of the organisation.
Reports that engage.
Annual reports don’t all need to be A4 portrait documents; Toast created a gatefold handout that folded out to a poster.
Infographics.
The gatefold handout design allows the reader to engage with different aspects of the campaign on separate pages. When opened, it reveals a large format design in an infographic style, which brings together key messages and information, facts and figures in a vibrant and engaging way.
The infographic elements created for the publication have also been used as social media graphics to support the campaign.
Document design.
Branded documents are key to maintaining a consistent look. Toast are experts in taking your brand guidelines and applying them to a range of documents to ensure there is an overall style that is uniform and on brand.
From print to digital documents.
The same approach is used to generate digital documents and other marketing materials. Infographics can be reused as social media graphics and digital brochures can be optimised for screen use.
Toast also has experience in creating accessible PDFs which enable screen readers to ‘speak’ the content of the brochure/document.
