How does the time work?

Once you've signed up, you can submit requests to the creative team via email, phone or our ticketing system. We'll confirm the request and let you know how long we estimate it will take and when it can be delivered.

If a task takes 26 minutes, we simply take 26 minutes off your remaining time for the month. It's that simple.

We use an app to record the time we spend working on your account, so everything is measured to the second, and we can provide fully itemised reports.

Frequently asked questions.

Why charge per minute?

Design is normally charged in hour or half hour chunks. So if a typical brochure amend takes the designer 20 minutes, you are still charged the 30 minute chunk.

For our design subscription plans we charge per minute, so a 20 minute amend is charged at 20 minutes, leaving the remaining 10 minutes to use on the next project. This is ideal for multiple small design projects that don't take long to do.

What's included in the subscription design services plans?

In short everything, providing you have enough minutes available to use. Take a look at our work page for typical examples.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, as this is a rolling contract, you can cancel at any time. We will refund any minutes you haven’t used.

Can I upgrade/downgrade or change my plan?

Yes, just let us know what you would like to do and we can change your plan.

What happens if I run out of minutes?

Not a problem, you can simply upgrade your plan or purchase additional minutes.

What happens if I don’t use all of my minutes?

Depending on the plan you are subscribed to we can carry these over if there is a substantial amount. We understand sometimes things don’t go to plan.

Who will work on my project?

You will be assigned a dedicated designer from our in-house team – you work with us, we do not outsource your design.

Do I have to commit to a contract on the monthly plan?

No, if you have a bespoke or one-off project you need creating, just speak to us for a price.

How fast can I have my design?

Depending on your plan, this can be as fast as 1 business day, but we are human and certain projects might take longer to create.
